It is a busy time for Plan updates, with a number of County, Local Area and Town Plans being reviewed at present. In Meath, a Draft County Development Plan is currently on public display, and submissions may be made until the 3rd of August. A Draft Waterford City Development Plan is also on public display, and submissions on that may be made until the 13th of July. In Kilkenny meanwhile, a pre-draft Issues Paper has been published as a first step in the preparation of new Kilkenny County and Kilkenny City & Environs Development Plans. 

Draft Local Area Plans on public display at the moment include Kildare town in Co. Kildare and Greystones, Delgany and Kilcoole in Co. Wicklow.

Plans which are due to go on public display shortly include a Draft Wicklow Town, Environs and Rathnew Development Plan, Draft Local Area Plans for Maynooth and Newbridge in Co. Kildare and, in the Dublin Area, Draft Local Area Plans for Naas Road, Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire.
