McCutcheon Halley is pleased to announce the promotion of Susan Cullen to the position of Associate Director. Sue joined McCutcheon Halley 13 years ago, and has brought an abundance of experience to the company.

With over 18 years post-qualification experience in both public and private sector roles, Sue has a reputation for delivering consents within the minimum planning timeframe.

Sue’s principal areas of expertise include; management of multi-disciplinary teams, preparing planning applications for small and large-scale infrastructure projects including residential, commercial, retail, education and waste management. She has significant experience in preparing planning appeals and retail impact assessments and provides post decision advise relating to compliance issues.

Through a hands-on approach, client focus and proactive advice, Sue guides clients and design teams through the development management process. She is known for providing practical solutions to assist clients in overcoming barriers to realise their development aspirations.

Sue holds an Honours Degree in Environmental Studies, Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, Canada and is a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute.
