An Bord Pleanála have granted planning permission for 135 no. residential units at Bessboro Road, Mahon, Cork. Based in a prime location, the site is within convenient walking distance of Mahon District centre, which includes the largest concentration of employment within Metropolitan Cork. The development of 135 no. new residential units comprise houses, apartments and duplexes. The Board considered that the development is in accordance with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
