The Elysian, Cork

The Elysian is Ireland’s tallest building. McCutcheon Halleywas centrally involved in the scheme from its inception and development brief, right through the planning process until permission was secured in 2005.

The project has created a new civic gateway and landmark building for Cork and is a statement reflecting the aspiration of Cork City to compete with other world cities.

The overall site area is just over three acres, of which the development area is approximately 36,400sqm consisting of over two hundred apartments, six retail units, office accommodation and a central podium-level landscaped garden of approximately one acre.
