Cora joined McCutcheon Halley’s Cork office in 2014 as a Planning Consultant. She works closely with senior members of the team on a wide variety of projects including residential, commercial and industrial developments. Cora has extensive experience in the management of planning applications from inception through to appeal stage. She has a reputation for efficiently and effectively responding to issues as they arise throughout the planning process.

Cora has significant experience in the preparation of Strategic Housing Development applications, design statements, first and third-party appeals, Section 5 declarations, planning appraisals, Development Plan and Local Area Plan submissions as well as the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Retail Strategies.

Cora holds an Honours Master’s Degree in Planning and Sustainable Development as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Professional Diploma in Education from University College Cork. She is a member of the Irish Planning Institute.
