Janet Payne



Janet joined McCutcheon Halley’s Cork office in 2016. Having come from an architectural background, Janet has a wide range of design skills. Since joining the company, she has worked closely with senior members of the team on a wide variety of project types including residential, commercial and agricultural developments, gaining extensive experience in the project management of planning applications from inception to appeal.

Janet has extensive experience in the preparation of Design Statements, first and third-party appeals, Section 5 declarations, Development Plan and Local Area Plan Submissions as well as the preparation of planning drawings, mapping and illustrative graphics in AutoCAD.

She is a talented AutoCAD technician and delivers high quality drawings to support planning applications.

Janet holds a Master’s in Planning and Sustainable Development from University College Cork and a Degree in Architectural Technology from Cork Institute of Technology. She is a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute.
