Jennifer joined McCutcheon Halley as a Planning Consultant in 2014 having graduated from UCC with BA hons (Geography and English), Masters in Planning and Sustainable Development and Higher Diploma in GIS.

Since joining the company, she has been involved in a diverse variety of projects including residential, commercial, tourism and renewable energy (specifically solar) developments. Jennifer has a range of experience in project management, planning applications, planning appeals, post planning compliance submissions, Section 5 declarations, site research and planning appraisals, management plans and preparation of Local Area Plan submissions. Jennifer works closely with clients and project design teams in order to meet the specific needs of any project, to effectively progress projects and strive for a successful outcome.

Jennifer has excellent communication skills and since joining the practice she has developed a close relationship with local authorities. She is known for keeping clients abreast of any changes or challenges relating to their development.

Jennifer is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Irish Planning Institute.
