Nathan is a Senior Planning Consultant in our Dublin office with over 20 years’ private sector experience. Prior to joining McCutcheon Halley, Nathan worked with multinational planning consultancy firms in the UK.
Nathan brings a wide range of skills to the practice, that include acting as Project lead and advising on planning strategy. He has co-ordinated multi-disciplinary teams on major development proposals that delivering planning consents for c. 2,000 homes, a significant expansion of a University, flood defence and highways projects and a strategic waste management facility.
Nathan is currently leading Strategic Housing Development proposals guiding clients and design teams through the recently introduced fast track planning process. He applies his experience to maximise the best outcome to meet the clients’ objectives whilst promoting good design and sustainable development principles.
Nathan holds a Degree in Planning Studies from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Irish Planning Institute and Royal Town Planning Institute.
