McCutcheon Halley Consultants acted as Planning consultants for this Part 8 development on behalf of the Land Development Agency (LDA) located at the South Link Road and Old Station Road Junction in Cork City Centre.

The development comprised of 147 no. apartments, 1 no café/restaurant and 2 no. offices/retail at ground floor.

The height varies from 4-16 storeys and includes zero parking on this strategic infill site situated in Cork City Centre. Residential amenity and communal open spaces are provided at the ground floor and at Level 7 via a rooftop area offering a range of open spaces and amenities. McCutcheon Halley provided guidance on planning strategy and was responsible for the preparation and submission of the Part 8 planning application. Permission was granted permission by Cork City Council in March 2026.
